Welcome to BetPicks ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use our service. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. For competition participation, additional eligibility requirements may apply as specified in our Competition Rules.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Each user is permitted to maintain only one account. Creating or using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

4. User Conduct

• Tipsters must provide original picks and not copy from other sources.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Users must adhere to all stake limits and exposure limits as specified in the Competition Rules.
• Users may only submit one pick per event market.
• Any form of manipulation, collusion, or attempt to circumvent platform rules is prohibited.
• Sharing accounts or collaborating to gain unfair advantages is not permitted.
• Users must not attempt to manipulate contest rankings or results.

5. Tipster Competitions and Prizes

We regularly conduct tipster competitions for our users. Participation in competitions is subject to additional rules and requirements as specified in our Competitions Rules. These include but are not limited to:

• Minimum activity requirements (e.g. 100 picks overall, 15 settled picks in competition month)
• Maximum exposure limits (30 units at any time)
• Stake limits based on odds ranges
• Profit requirements for prize eligibility

We reserve the right to verify user identity and eligibility before awarding any prizes. Prizes can be paid via PayPal or cryptocurrency and must be claimed within 30 days. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content posted on the platform remains the intellectual property of the user who posted it. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display that content on our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the accuracy of picks or any financial losses incurred from following picks. Use our service at your own risk. We do not guarantee competition participation will result in profits or prizes. Competition rules and prize structures may be modified at our discretion.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or Competition Rules, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Violation of competition rules may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through the website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
